Ingredients

  • 1 kg peeled and chopped manioc
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons dehydrated onion
  • smell-green dehydrated at will
  • 3 tablets of natural broth
  • 1 kg and 1/2 of boiled beef rib
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • seasoning to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Saute cassava and cook
  2. When it is already tender, add the chopped tomatoes, the onion, the natural broth and cook a little more
  3. Add the ox rib, let it clear a little more
  4. Cook for about 40 minutes
  5. Sprinkle the green odor and pepper of your choice
