Recipe – Meat of Farm

Let’s make that delicious Meat from the Farm?

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of goldfish or duckling

Seasoning:

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 glass of red wine

Rebroadcast:

  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 chopped beets
  • 1 small cabbage cut into cubes
  • 2 carrots cut into thick slices
  • 3 whole small onions
  • 3 potatoes cut into cubes
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

How to make?

  1. Meat: Season the meat with the seasoning ingredients and let marinate for 12 hours
  2. Then place the meat to brown and cover with water
  3. Let cook until the meat is tender
  4. Remove the meat, slice and reserve
  5. In the same pan, put the ingredients of the braised and let cook well
  6. Arrange the meat on a platter and serve with the vegetables.
