Recipe – Meat of Farm
Let’s make that delicious Meat from the Farm?
- 1 kilo of goldfish or duckling
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 tablespoons mustard
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 glass of red wine
- 2 liters of water
- 2 chopped beets
- 1 small cabbage cut into cubes
- 2 carrots cut into thick slices
- 3 whole small onions
- 3 potatoes cut into cubes
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
How to make?
- Meat: Season the meat with the seasoning ingredients and let marinate for 12 hours
- Then place the meat to brown and cover with water
- Let cook until the meat is tender
- Remove the meat, slice and reserve
- In the same pan, put the ingredients of the braised and let cook well
- Arrange the meat on a platter and serve with the vegetables.
