Recipe – Ribs to Mineira
How about making a Pork Ribs at home?
Minced pork ribs seasoned with garlic, vinegar and onion salt. To cook, gradually pour in the water, stirring not to stick to the pan.
SERVE: 5 people
- 1 kg of pork ribs
- Salt of garlic, vinegar and grated onion to taste
Method of preparation
Additional time: 30mins marinating
Ready in: 1 hour
- Mix the garlic salt, vinegar and onion in a bowl to make a marinade.
- Cut the ribs into pieces and remove the excess fat. Season with the marinade and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the ribs well on all sides. Add 1 cup of water, cover the pan but continue stirring frequently. Once it has dried, add enough water to cover and cover again. Cook until dry, but always stirring not to stick to the bottom of the pan. Serve immediately.
