Recipe – Tropeiro Beans



  • 150 g minced bacon
  • 250 g finely chopped calabrian sausage
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500 g of cooked and drained beans
  • 1 cube of bacon broth
  • 4 whole fried eggs and minced
  • Green smell
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of raw cassava flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method of preparation

  1. Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon and the sausage
